Bio

Kenny Curcio began playing guitar at the age of 12 after receiving the instrument as a gift from his father. Curcio quickly gained an interest in songwriting, which later became the focus of his work. Crafting his roots in Alt-Country, Americana, and Folk; Curcio has become a recognizable voice in the Greater Philadelphia area. 

Curcio’s journey progressed after high school and through college. He built a strong local following working as a solo artist and with his band Whiskey Train. Curcio has written and co-produced 4 studio albums; Keep On Walkin' and Open Up Your Mind, along with solo albums Better Believe It and More To Do. 

Curcio has had the opportunity to share the stage with national touring acts Gary Allen and Corey Smith. He has received radio airplay on Philadelphia's 93.3 WMMR & 104.5, along with performances at the TLA, Trocadero, and World Cafe Live. Curcio has continued to become an acclaimed live musician, going on to perform at the House of Blues and the Hard Rock Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Curcio has received local and national press along with extensive college radio airplay for 2019 singles American Soldier and Hometown Heart.  

Curcio released 2019 singles American Soldier and Hometown Heart with support from South Jersey's Operation Yellow Ribbon; a local non-profit that helps support US troops oversea's, and the American Heart Association for the release of Hometown Heart.  

Curcio is currently working on new songs expected to release in the spring of 2020.
